Who We Are

We are currently an all-volunteer organization supported by the time, energy, and financial contributions of its members.  We are seeking a fiscal sponsor that will allow us to operate as a not-for-profit entity.

Rev. Jody Kessler, MS

Director


Jody Kessler is a performing songwriter, recording artist, educator, and ordained Interfaith Minister. She has released four CDs, three of which have won awards for her outstanding songwriting and musicianship. She holds a Masters Degree in Education and has taught in schools, spiritual centers, and recreational programs for over 25 years. She received her ministerial training at The New Seminary in NYC, and is a staff member of the Interfaith Temple in Manhattan. She weaves together her gifts as a spiritual leader, motivational speaker, teacher, and troubadour into a unique ministry of song and spirit.

Douglas Shire, PhD

Assistant Director

Doug Shire is a research engineer and a multifaceted spiritual seeker. He has led personal growth and peer counseling workshops for adults and has taught religious education to young people. He has been involved in a number of diverse faith communities including the Sufi Order of the West, Religious Society of Friends, Unitarian Universalists, United Church of Christ, and Buddhist Sanghas. He is also a practitioner of meditation, yoga and Hindu devotional chanting. His organizational and facilitation skills, along with his eclectic religious experience, make him an asset to the Fellowship.
